President
1-year term
The President serves as the chief executive officer of the Chapter, provides general supervision over Chapter affairs and officers, presides at Chapter membership meetings, and supports compliance with applicable Chapter laws and regulations.
President-Elect
1-year term
The President-Elect assists the President, prepares to assume the office of President, supports committee organization and leadership continuity, and performs other duties assigned by the President or Board.
VP of Administration
2-year term
The Vice President of Administration performs the duties of the President in the President’s absence, counsels and assists the President in Chapter administration, and records, prepares, and distributes minutes of board and business meetings.
VP and Treasurer
2-year term
The Vice President and Treasurer oversees the Chapter’s financial operations, including receipt, deposit, and disbursement of Chapter funds. The Treasurer’s accounts and related records are reviewed at least annually in accordance with standard business practices and applicable Kentucky rules and regulations.
VP of Communications
2-year term
The Vice President of Communications manages the Chapter’s messaging, formal communications, publications, social media accounts, public relations, and community outreach efforts.
VP of Membership, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
2-year term
The Vice President of Membership, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion identifies potential members, supports membership growth and retention campaigns, maintains Chapter mailing lists, and leads the Chapter’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
General Board Member
2-year term
General Board Members, also referred to as At-Large Board Members, provide guidance and oversight in areas that further the Chapter’s mission and purpose. This may include organizational planning, monitoring finances, recruiting new board members, encouraging participation, advocating for the Chapter, and supporting other Board business.
