Kelly is a Senior Vice President at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), specializing in insurance & risk management strategies for clients in the healthcare, real estate, construction, non-profit, & manufacturing industries. With over 20 yrs experience, she designs tailored programs that help businesses achieve their goals while minimizing risk. Kelly began her career as an attorney with CNA Insurance before moving into underwriting at AIG’s Risk Management Division & later serving as Midwest regional underwriting manager for Crum & Forster’s large casualty division. Today, she leverages her extensive legal & underwriting background to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions for her clients.

  Allison Arndt, Wellness Director & Corporate Wellness Consultant, Marsh

Alli is the Director of Wellness on Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Risk Services team, where she leads a team of Wellness Consultants in developing strategic, large-scale corporate well-being programs tailored to each client’s culture & needs. Before joining MMA, she worked as a Physical Therapy Technician at Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers, supporting patients through customized rehabilitation plans. Alli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Physiology with an emphasis in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa & has earned multiple designations through the National Wellness Institute, including CWP, CWWS, & CWWPM. She is also a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor & an active member of MMA’s Wellness Committee.
